We are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. The policies below are applicable to the inheritancenetwork.org website (the "Site") produced and maintained by Inheritance Network LLC (collectively the "Inheritance Network" or "we", "us", or "our").
The Types of Information We May Collect From You
The information we collect and store depends upon the activities in which you elect to participate and the services we provide in connection with those activities. We ask only for the information needed to allow you to participate and to provide the services you have requested.
Although you may browse many sections of our site without providing us any information that tells us who you are as an individual ("Personally Identifiable Information"), we do collect certain types of Personally Identifiable Information at several different points on our Site. For example, you may choose to sign up to become a member of the Site ("Member"), in order to participate in certain activities and enjoy special benefits offered only to Members. To become a Member, you are required to register by providing your name, postal address, email address and other identifying information. You will also be asked to create a Member ID and password. You may also be asked to provide Personally Identifiable Information in connection with special promotions on the Site, as well as in connection with surveys and other Site activities. This information is used primarily to provide the services that you have ordered or requested and to provide customer service.
When you use this Site, we may collect and store certain types of technical information automatically whenever you interact with this Site that does not identify you individually ("Anonymous Information"). This data includes (but is not limited to) domain and/or Web browser information and your IP address. We may track which Website you visited before arriving at the Site and the Website you link to when you leave the Site. We may also keep a record of which pages of the Site you visit, and how long you spend on each page.
We are always trying to improve the Site to serve you better. As part of these efforts, we may collect and analyze certain "Aggregate Information" about how visitors use the Site. We also collect information regarding customer traffic patterns and site usage. This is information that does not allow us to identify a specific individual, such as demographic information, but we may track what categories of services are used and which browser visitors are using to access the Site.

These entities have access to the Personally Identifiable Information needed to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of that Personally Identifiable Information. They are restricted from using, selling, distributing or altering this data in any way other than to provide the requested services to the Site.

Use of Anonymous and Aggregate Information
We use Anonymous Information to help us determine how people use various sections of the Site so we can improve our Site and ensure that it appeals to as many people as possible. Aggregate Information collected on the Site also may be used in a number of ways. For example, we may collect and analyze Aggregate Information to determine how many visitors arrived at certain pages of the Site, how long they stayed on those pages, and where they went afterwards. This information allows us to determine which pages might be the most interesting to our visitors and enables us to provide them with a better experience on the Site. Additionally, we may use Aggregate Information to improve the performance of our Site, and to customize the content and layout of our Site pages.
